Beadazzled offers the following Returns Policy: You may request a refund of the purchase price (less shipping cost) within 10 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. Product Shipping: I ship anywhere in the contiguous United States for a flat rate of $2.95 USPS standard delivery in 2-9 days. USPS Priority Mail flat rate of $4.95 in the contiguous United States delivery in 2-3 days. For overnight shipping in the contiguous United States I charge $40.00, you must call or email me at Sharon@beadazzleyou.com or call (970) 593-1792,  Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, MST
